I have lost or misplaced my login information, what do I do?

Our automated system can re-send you your login information to the e-Mail address used during registration. Simply fill out the lower box on the login page, and you will receive an e-Mail within an hour.

My Internet Browser freezes, hangs or stops working when I attempt to log-in.

This is most likely due to a compatibility issue. The Academy utilizes a lot of new and fancy scripts which requires that your Internet Browser and Java applications are up to date.

How can I unsubscribe from the Academy e-Mails?

You may unsubscribe from all notification and administrative e-Mails by simply changing your settings in the Control Panel. You may also change them directly in the subscription status page by clicking on 'Unsubscribe'.
